Facial volume is a structure question, and structure is not something a photo or a website can assess
Most people notice volume change in a specific, ordinary way: the face looks a little tired in a certain light, or make-up sits differently across the mid-face than it used to. What is harder to work out is what is actually behind it - and that is exactly why this concern is handled differently to most others at NEA.
Volume is not one thing
When people talk about volume, they are usually describing how contour and shadow read across the face. Over time, natural changes in the deeper structures of the face can shift how that appears. What that looks like varies greatly from person to person - which is why two people with the same description of the concern can need very different conversations.
Why we do not put an answer on this page
This is the part that surprises people. NEA does not recommend or advertise specific advanced treatments for volume loss online. Not because the information is withheld, but because a recommendation made before anyone has looked at your face in person is a guess dressed up as advice.
Concerns about facial volume and structure are best assessed in person. Care begins with a private consultation with Natalie, a registered nurse, to understand your concerns and discuss whether treatment is appropriate and safe for you.
Skin quality sits alongside that conversation, not inside it
There is a second, separate track. Supporting overall skin quality - firmness, texture and tone - can contribute to a refreshed, healthy appearance, and it is assessed on its own terms. Options such as PRX Plus skin renewal and SkinPen skin needling sit in that skin-quality conversation. Whether either is suitable for you, and when, is decided in person.
Both tracks can be discussed in the same appointment. They are simply not the same question, and treating them as one is how plans end up aimed at the wrong thing.
What that means for you
If you have been reading treatment pages trying to self-diagnose which one applies to you, you are working with the one piece of information nobody can supply remotely. Bring the observation - what you notice, when you notice it, in what light - and let the assessment do the rest.
A $75 booking fee applies to all appointments and is redeemed from the cost of treatment on the day.
