Scarring

Acne scarring and textural scarring — softened with a tailored, collagen-supporting plan.

Scarring, including acne scarring and uneven texture, can often be softened with treatments that support the skin's natural renewal. At NEA, options such as skin needling and chemical peels may help, and from late June 2026 our advanced picosecond laser will also be an option, discussed at your consultation. Because results and suitability vary, care always begins with a consultation with Natalie, RN, to confirm the right approach for you.

Understanding scarring

Scarring, especially from past breakouts, affects the skin's texture and can be accompanied by pigmentation. While scars rarely disappear entirely, their appearance can often be meaningfully softened over time.

How we approach it at NEA

Your skin and scar type are assessed first, and the plan is tailored and confirmed at consultation. Results build gradually and vary between individuals, so realistic expectations are set from the start.

Treatments that may help

Depending on your skin, a plan may draw on skin needling and chemical peels to support collagen and texture. From late June 2026, our advanced picosecond laser will also be an option for pigment left behind by breakouts, discussed at your consultation. These may be used alone or in combination.

A $75 booking fee applies to all appointments and is redeemed from the cost of treatment on the day.

Which treatment is best for scarring?

Skin needling and chemical peels are common choices today. From late June 2026, our advanced picosecond laser will also be an option for related pigmentation. The right mix is chosen at your consultation.
