How SkinPen works

SkinPen is a medical-grade microneedling device used to stimulate the skin's natural collagen production. Treatment is minimally invasive and involves creating tiny micro-injuries in the skin, prompting the body's natural wound-healing process to produce new collagen — for smoother, tighter, more rejuvenated skin.

SkinPen Precision is a Class IIa medical device that is FDA approved. It uses a single-use cartridge with medical-grade needles that can be adjusted to different depths, so each treatment is tailored to the area and your desired result.

What it helps with

SkinPen is indicated to help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, pigmentation including melasma, large pores, surgical scars and stretch marks.

Where it can be used

SkinPen is suitable for most skin types and can be used on most areas of the body, including the face, neck, décolletage, the backs of the hands and the abdomen.

What to expect

Results build gradually over a planned series as new collagen forms, so a course is usually recommended for the best outcome. Your plan and intervals are set at consultation based on your skin and goals.
